设备性能
激光划片机系列设备，工作光源采用YAG激光器和声光调制系统、数控X/Y工作台，步进电机驱动，在电脑控制下精确运动，专用控制软件使程序的编辑和修改简单方便，并实时显示运动轨迹。工作台采用双气仓负压吸附系统，T型结构双工作位交替工作。
系统采用国际流行的模块化设计，关键部件均采用进口产品。整机结构合理、划片速度快、精度高、功能全、操作简单方便，能24小时长期连续工作，各项性能指标稳定可靠，故障率低，加工成品率高，适用面广，在太阳能行业得到广泛的应用和用户的高度肯定。

Equipment of laser scribing machine series, the working lamp-house adopts YAG laser and the acoustic-optics modulation system, the digital control X/Y work table, the device of the step motor-driven. It works precisely under the computer's control. The proprietary control software made the procedure of edit and revision simple and convenient, and it can display movement path at real time. The work table use the double gas warehouse vacuum absorption system, the T structure double work-position works alternatively.
