产品特性：
初效过滤棉经济适用，安全环保，使用方便，该系列产品主要用于净化系统的预过滤,是空气净化过滤中最常用，使用最普遍的过滤材料，以过滤大气中的≥5μm颗粒灰尘和悬浮物为主。其过滤效率对于5μm的粒子分别为：40%、65%、80%、90%或欧洲规格标准G1、G2、G3、G4。主要成分多为：PET(聚酯纤维)和PP（聚丙烯纤维），通常的生产工艺方法一般采用热风法和针刺法。
使用条件：
温度：-10~120℃，湿度：≤80%，微酸微碱的空气过滤。
使用方法：
可按照送风口的尺寸进行裁剪，直接安装到送风口，也可以做成板式、折叠式、袋式过滤器使用，加防水处理后，具有可清洗功能。单面贴网、卷心加纸管后可以用于自动卷取式过滤机组。
使用寿命：
在额定风量使用条件下，可以正常使用1~2个月，即需更换过滤棉；或当过滤棉的阻力达到200Pa以上时，必须更换过滤棉；如过滤棉是可清洗的，则更换下的滤料，可以用清水或含有中性洗涤剂的溶液进行冲洗、压缩空气吹干或凉干，然后换上；最多允许清洗二次，即必须更换新的过滤棉，且每清洗一次，过滤效率会降低15%；如使用环境中含尘浓度较大，则此使用寿命周期还将减少。

KF-20 Air Intake Filter, Spray Booth Pre filter
Features:
Air intake filter is economical, environment-friendly and user-friendly. Air intake filter series is mainly used as general pre filtration in purification systems. This pre filter is the common filter media to filter the particles and suspended particulates which are ≥5μm. The filter efficiency is 40%, 65%, 80%, 90% at 5μm and conformed to EN779 standard G1, G2, G3 and G4. This filter media is made from synthetic thermobonded fibers with PET and PP.
Conditions of Usage:
Temperature: -10-120 ℃; Humidity: ≤80%; Filtering the slightly acidic or alkaline air.
Ways of Usage
The pre filter media can be cut and installed according to the air outlet size. And the filter media can be made into the panel filters, pleated filters, and pocket filters for using. After the treatment of water-proof, the pre filter media can be washable. With single pasted net and paper cube roll, the pre filter rolls can be used in the auto-roll filter unit.
Operating Life
At the condition of rated air velocity, pre filter media can be used for 1 to 2 months. When the pressure on the filter media has been up to 200Pa, the pre filter media should be replaced. If the filter media is washable, the replaced filter pad can be washed by clean water or neutral detergent. After being dried, the filter media can be installed again. When the filter media has been washed for two times, the filter media should be replaced. After being washed for one time, the filter efficiency will be reduced by 15%. If the density of the dust in the environment is very high, the working life of the filter media will be decreased.
